Charlie Chubbie Just Loves To Dance - Here's Charlie Chubbie's Free E-Pattern

"Charlie Chubbie" and his twin sister, Christine Chubbie, just love to dance and dance and dance. Despite being - well, "chubbie" they are very good at it. In fact, they excel at it and have won numerous dance challenges.

"Charlie Chubbie" credits all his dance ability to watching and learning from his "Chubbie Checker" tapes. That's where he learned the basic dance steps and which he later perfected to his own style.

On the other hand, Christine Chubbie, learned all her dance steps from watching "American Bandstand" and copying the moves she saw. She considers herself quite the dance artist and tried to teach "Charlie Chubbie" a few dance moves but he wouldn't pay any attention to her. He thinks he knows everything and anything about dancing.

While "Christine Chubbie" does acknowledge that her brother, Charlie Chubbie, is good - he isn't so good that he's beyond learning something new. Now, if she could just get Charlie to listen.

"Charlie Chubbie" is a 7" primitive chubby doll pin with a wooden doll pin body. His head is cloth and his wooden body is cloth covered and stuffed to account for his "chubby" appearance. His face is embroidered and watercolor penciled. He has brown button eyes, an outline embroidered face, rust watercolor penciled nose with drawn diagonal lines, and blushed cheeks with white spot highlights.

He has reddish brown mohair doll hair on the very top of his head with the lower back and sides left bald.

He is wearing his favorite blue pants which are fringed and gathered at the neck and ankles. His favorite blue print short hangs outside his pants and is fringed and gathered at the neck and wrists.

Even though "Charlie Chubbie's" ego is enormous when he comes to dancing he really is a very likable fellow. He considers himself a "good catch" as he is interested in just about everything and has a good ear for listening.

His sister, Christine, might not think so. Especially when it comes to listening about new dance moves, but Charlie would disagree. He'll listen. He just doesn't agree!
